Our 20-yard dumpster is our most popular, all-around option — perfect for medium-sized projects like home cleanouts, remodels, roofing, and large yard debris.

🔍 How much does that really hold?
A standard full-size pickup truck holds about 2–3 cubic yards of debris per load.
This dumpster holds roughly 6–10 pickup-truck loads, depending on how the truck is loaded.

⚖️ Weight & Overages:

Includes 2.5 Tons

Additional weight beyond the included amount is billed at $45 per ton, based on certified landfill scale weights.

🚫 Dry Run / Access Fee:

A $150 dry run fee may apply if our driver is unable to safely deliver or pick up the dumpster due to blocked access (vehicles, equipment, snow, debris, or other obstructions), requiring us to return at a later time.

📅 Rental Terms:

Includes a 7-day rental.

Pickup is scheduled for the morning of the 8th day, giving you seven full days to use the dumpster.

🚚 Travel Fee: Standard pricing includes delivery and pickup within 20 driving miles of our service base near Lime City Road in Perrysburg Township. For locations outside that area, any applicable travel fee is automatically calculated and shown before checkout.

📌 Before You Rent

📍 Placement: Please include detailed placement instructions in the Notes section when booking. We'll do our best to place the dumpster exactly where requested if it's safe and accessible.

🚛 Early Service: Deliveries and pickups may occur as early as 5:00 AM.

💧 Drainage: Our dumpsters are not watertight. They are designed to drain liquids during pickup. Please do not place liquid waste, paint, concrete washout, or other leaking materials inside.

🚧 Property: While we take great care during every delivery and pickup, dumpsters and delivery trucks are heavy equipment. By requesting a placement location, you acknowledge there is a small risk of damage to driveways, asphalt, concrete, lawns, or underground utilities.

🚫 Prohibited Items: Customers are responsible for the contents of the dumpster. Additional disposal, cleaning, repair, or environmental fees may apply if prohibited materials are loaded.
