Q.How does your dumpster rental service work?
A.Simple and stress-free. Choose your dumpster size and schedule delivery. We drop it off, you load it, and when you're done, call or text us. We'll haul it away at the end of your dumpster rental. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll pick up will be scheduled for the morning after your final rental day. Delivery happens between 8am–8pm.

Q.How soon can I get a dumpster?
A.Same-day availability may be possible but is not guaranteed. Most dumpsters can be delivered within 24-48 hours. Call for current availability.
Q.How long can I keep the dumpster?
A.Our standard dumpster rentals are available for 1, 3 and 7 days. Need more time? Extended rental options are available.
Q.How much space do I need for delivery?
A.A: You’ll need a clear, level area about 25-30 feet long and at least 10 feet wide for delivery. Dumpster lengths range from approximately 14-18 feet, depending on the size selected. Please allow enough room for the truck to safely back in and place the dumpster.
Q.How much does a dumpster rental cost?
A.Dumpster rental pricing depends on the size of the dumpster, rental duration, and location. To see the sizes we offer as well as the pricing for each, visit our Dumpster category.
Q.How much can I fill the dumpster?
A.Keep all waste level with the top edge — no mounding. Think “flat like a pool table.” Overfilled bins can’t be hauled and may incur a return fee.

Q.What if I fill it and need more room?
A.Contact us to schedule an additional dumpster.
Q.What happens if I exceed the weight limit?
A.Each dumpster includes a specific weight allowance, shown when booking. If the load exceeds that allowance, you'll be charged $45 per additional ton. based on the landfill scale weight, I will always contact you for approval before adding any overage charge to your final invoice
Q.What happens if the dumpster area is blocked at delivery or pickup?
A.The delivery or pickup area must be clear and accessible. if we cannot complete service because the area is blocked, a $150. dry-run fee may apply. We can allow a short grace period, but extended delays may require us to reschedule.
Q.What kind of surface can the dumpster sit on?
A.A: Pavement, concrete, gravel, or grass — anything level and solid. Driveway protection boards are available as a $30 add-on.

Q.Driveway Protection Add-On: Rollie Skates
A.For added driveway protection, we offer Rollie Skates-heavy-duty pads placed beneath the dumpster rollers to help keep the rollers from contacting the driveway surface. They're a great option for newer concrete, decorative surfaces, or anyone wanting extra peace of mind. .
Q.Do I need to be home for delivery?
A.No. Just ensure the drop-off location is accessible and any special instructions are provided when you book.
Q.Do I need a permit?
A.Only if placing the dumpster on a public road or sidewalk. Please call your local authority to confirm. No permit is needed for most driveway placements.
Q.❓ Why do deliveries and pickups sometimes start as early as 5:00 AM?
A.🚛 To provide the fastest service possible, our routes often begin as early as 5:00 AM.
Our drivers only have a limited window each day to deliver, pick up, unload dumpsters at the landfill, and get back out for more deliveries. To maximize efficiency, we typically start with the customer who is farthest away and work our way back toward the landfill. For example, if we have a pickup in Oak Harbor and a delivery in Genoa, we'll often deliver the Genoa dumpster first on the way to Oak Harbor. This allows us to reach the landfill before it opens and keep the rest of the day's schedule running smoothly.
We know early morning service isn't ideal for everyone, and we aren't trying to inconvenience anyone. Starting early simply helps us complete more deliveries and pickups each day while keeping costs down and providing faster service to all of our customers.

🚗 If your dumpster is scheduled for pickup, please make sure the area is clear and no vehicles or other obstacles are blocking access. This helps us avoid delays and keeps everyone on schedule.
Q.Any special requirements when placing a dumpster at my house?
A.We do require a level, accessible space at least 15 to 20 feet Long and 10 feet wide-roughly the size of a pickup truck or suv.
Q.Am I responsible if the dumpster gets damaged?
A.Normal wear and tear is expected. However, damaged due to negligence (like using heavy equipment to load it), may result in repair or replacement charges.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.No deposit required. Full payment is due before or on the day of delivery.
Q.Can I cancel my order?
A.Yes — with $30 cancellation insurance, you can cancel up to 1 hour before delivery with a full refund of the rental. Without insurance, cancellation within 48 hours will incur a $100 fee.
