Our 13-yard dumpster is ideal for smaller projects and tight spaces where a full-size dumpster would be overkill, but a pickup truck just won’t cut it.

🔍 How much does that really hold?
A standard full-size pickup truck holds about 2–3 cubic yards of debris per load.
This dumpster holds roughly 4–6 pickup-truck loads, depending on how the truck is loaded.

⚠️ Extra Fees & Restrictions:

• 🛏️ Mattresses: $20 each

• 🚗 Tires: $20 each

• ❄️ Refrigerators & A/C units: $40 each

• 🚫 No hazardous waste, paint, or chemicals

⚖️ Weight & Overages:

• Includes the listed tonnage

• Additional weight beyond the included amount is billed at $50 per ton, based on landfill scale weights

🚫 Dry Run / Access Fee:

• A $150 dry run fee may apply if our driver is unable to safely deliver or pick up the dumpster due to blocked access (vehicles, equipment, snow, debris, or other obstructions), requiring us to return at a later time.

📅 Rental Terms:

• Includes a 7-day rental

• Pickup is scheduled the same weekday the following week as drop-off
  (giving you 8 total days at our standard 7-day rate)
